All clues point toward low-key TV titan Anthony Zuiker, creator of the heavily syndicated "Crime Scene Investigation" franchise, including its recently renewed for a third season reboot "CSI: Vegas," as being the buyer who shelled out $6 million for a hillside home in a swanky golf course community in the popular Las Vegas suburb of Henderson.

Completed in 2019, the single-story spread sits in one of the most coveted locations within one of Henderson's most prestigious gated enclaves. Perched high on an almost half-acre parcel, the house appears to almost float over the surrounding golf course with glittery, head-on views of the Strip. Measuring 6,099 square feet, the sleek abode has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a powder room. Las Vegas luxury realtor Kristen Routh-Silberman with Douglas Elliman of Nevada had the listing; Kim Stubler with Realty One Group represented the buyer.

Highlights include a courtyard entry, a six-car garage, and an expansive open-plan living space with 14-foot ceilings, several linear fireplaces, and large-scale marble-like porcelain floor tiles. There's also a wine bar and a glass-enclosed wine cellar along with a glass-enclosed home office. And in the gleaming, open-concept kitchen, marble-like quartz countertops waterfall over high-gloss cabinetry.

At least when it's not blazing hot, an effortless indoor-outdoor flow is facilitated by a vast wall of automated floor-to-ceiling glass that disappears into the wall. The views of the mountains and the Strip only get better in the backyard where in addition to an infinity-edge pool and spa, there are two fire lounges and an outdoor kitchen.

The 54-year-old procedural forensics crime drama expert has long ties to Las Vegas so the purchase of a substantial home in the Sin City area isn't too much of a surprise. Zuiker attended high school in Las Vegas, is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and indeed, according to Clark County property records, he has owned an unassuming 3,300-square-foot one-story home in Henderson since 2003, when it was scooped up for $460,000.

Zuiker, who sold a big house in Lake Arrowhead a few years ago at a small loss, also has long-standing real estate ties in Malibu. Some months before he sold a Bali-inspired estate in 2019 to NBA star Chandler Parsons for $9.25 million, he paid another NBA star, Kevin Durant, $12.2 million for an oceanfront home along Broad Beach.
